Yes. All treatments prescribed through NuLifeCare are approved for use in Singapore by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA).

How fast is delivery?

After your teleconsultation, medications are typically delivered within one working day. All packaging is discreet — no branding or medical labels on the outside.

Is my personal information protected?

Yes. We comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Your medical records and personal details are encrypted and never shared without your consent.

Do I need a referral?
